4.0 RESPONSIBILITY:
4.1 Production operator is responsible to clean the area as per procedure.
4.2 Production officer / Executive is responsible to ensure that the area is cleaned in accordance with the procedure.
4.3 Head — Production is responsible to ensure the compliance of the procedure.
5.0 PROCEDURE:
5.1 Whenever there is no production plan, Sanitization and upkeep of area should be done regularly as per respective SOP and it should be recorded in the respective leg books.
5.2 Clean the ceilings once in 15 days by using super mop stick dipped in scheduled disinfectant and hold it for validated contact time (10 minutes), followed by purified water/WFI.
5.3 Clean the grills of HEPA filters, tube light fixtures once in 15 days by using super mop stick dipped in scheduled disinfectant solution keep for validated contact times (10 minutes), followed by purified water /WFl.
5.4 Clean walls once in 15 days by using super mop stick dipped in scheduled disinfectant and hold it for validated contact time (10 minutes), followed by purified water / WFI.
5.5 Clean the return air riser grills once in 15 days by using lint free cloth dipped in scheduled disinfectant solution and hold it for validated contact time (10 minutes), followed by dry lint free cloth.
5.6 Clean the doors and windows once in a week by using lint free cloth dipped in scheduled disinfectant solution and hold it for validated contact time (10 minutes), followed by lint free cloth dipped in purified water/WFI.
5.7 Clean the accessories once in a week by using lint free cloth dipped in scheduled disinfectant solution and hold it for validated contact time (10 minutes), followed by lint free cloth dipped in purified water /WFI.
5.8 Clean the floor once in a week using super mop stick dipped in scheduled disinfectant solution keep for validated contact time (10 minutes), followed by purified water / WFI.
5.9 Disinfect the drain points using scheduled disinfectant solution.
